“ The service was amazing.. The store was great.. however I'm not a fan of the food..I was trying it for the 1st time. ”
“ I have been a patron of this location for several years (when across the street). Today was the first time I received poor service! The cashier had a problem in being polite, the positive smile an service I usually got was missing! There use to be an older lady on register, she was a great representation of the restaurant AND customer service! Good service is hard to find and can make a real difference in the going and coming of a patron. Food for thought... As a prior restaurant inspector I know what seem to be not a big deal, can definitely mean more. With all that said my 1/2 white chicken was still good. A disappointed patron ”

“ Best, chicken, EVER! I've been to several different locations of Harold's across the city and this one is by far the best one! They are fast and friendly. The chicken was so hot, crispy and juicy. The fries weren't super great, but I was only concerned with my chicken quality because that was the star of the meal. The cashier was super helpful and knowledgeable about pricing and products. She was also super patient with me and my multiple orders. Whenever I am in town and craving Harold's again, I will drive the 20 minutes to this location instead of the one that's across the street from my mom's house. ”
